Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of PR & Marketing - Global Retail, the PR & Marketing Junior Manager will support the leading of the implementation of the global marketing strategy for all brand initiatives within DOS stores. The PR & Marketing Junior Manager will ensure that the Retail team and Franchise partners have the necessary tools to create compelling marketing programs and materials to support brand initiatives.
About the Team:
The Stella McCartney Marcom Team is in charge of the communication and marketing activities across the EMEAIR market and of the Global Marketing Retail Strategy. Responsible for driving awareness, the team is creating, preserving, and reshaping the identity of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the development of the Retail marketing strategies, driving both brand and commercial KPIs across all brand categories and POS within the region;
- Be responsible for the corporate press strategy;
- Work closely with the Global Marketing team, set the seasonal marketing objectives accordingly to support brand and business objectives;
- Develop and oversee the Retail Global seasonal marketing calendars, from campaign planning, execution, and reporting across all key touch points, in collaboration with the local commercial team, global marketing team, and key relevant functions;
- Oversee the seasonal marketing support of key markets within the region, adapting global toolkits to enable and ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all POS;
- Support customer in-store experience strategy across all local Stella McCartney stores, ensuring the key product and brand messages are coordinated among the relevant functions (windows, in-store, content, events, store training, etc.);
- Work with headquarters team to build paid media campaigns, consumer events, and 3rd party partnerships, maximizing local opportunities and initiatives to drive brand and commercial KPIs seasonally;
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with relevant parties and stakeholders across key functions of the business (sales, CRM, media, events, licenses, PR, e-commerce, and creative);
- Develop and organize press events to support the business in the local markets;
- Develop and organize in-store events to support the business of the Retail team;
- Support the Global CRM team with the implementation of modern systems and strategy;
- Set benchmark goals and KPIs, create monthly and quarterly reporting on how we are tracking, and advise on ways to optimize;
- Be responsible for local regional marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are forecast correctly and delivered within budget, as well as used effectively for goals.
Your Talent:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in PR and marketing, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
