Your Role

The PR & Event planner will support the site manager in various administrative and operational tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in logistics and supply chain management.

Your Responsibilities

• Organize site visits and conduct tours of the warehouse;
• Assist the site manager with administrative tasks and generate reports;
• Liaise with the PR and marketing team in Milan;
• Support the HR function as needed;
• Assist in planning and coordinating events related to the logistics site;
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred;
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar industrial environment or in the tourism/events planning sectors;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to communicate fluently in English;
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred;
• Very good soft skills, including adaptability, teamwork, and customer service;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
