The Role

We’re looking for a Portfolio Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of growth, strategy, and operations across a diverse portfolio of software businesses. You will act as the main point of contact for our portfolio companies, supporting their organic and inorganic growth, helping unlock synergies, and driving long-term value creation.

What You’ll Do

1. Act as a trusted advisor to portfolio leadership teams, supporting day-to-day operational excellence
2. Drive performance by monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
3. Collaborate with founders and GMs on strategy, growth, product, and hiring
4. Explore synergies across the portfolio and support M&A integration efforts
5. Assist in hiring key talent and nurturing leadership within portfolio companies
6. Partner with our internal teams (product, finance, growth) to accelerate value creation

What We’re Looking For

1. 4+ years of experience in high-growth tech (scale-ups, SaaS), strategy consulting (preferably in the tech division), operational executive roles (Product, Sales or Strategy), or in the value creation team of a Private Equity or serial software acquirer
2. A proven track record of working cross-functionally to deliver results
3. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
4. Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus
5. Role based in Milan or London with regular travel required. Open to candidates across Europe willing to relocate to Italy.
