We are seeking a Plumbing Superintendent / Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. We are a plumbing construction company specializing in multiple housing in the Tampa and surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation of High Rise Condos
2. Allocate resources for assigned projects
3. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
4. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
5. Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
6. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in construction and plumbing management or other related fields
2. Plumbing Experience
3. Strong leadership qualities
4. Deadline and detail-oriented

Job location is Naples, FL and Sarasota, FL.
