A Physical Therapist evaluates, establishes, and implements treatment programs for patients of all ages referred by a physician. Supervises the staff physical therapist assistant (PTA) in the delivery of patient care. Supervises physical therapist assistants and ancillary staff with department activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Graduate from an accredited curriculum in Physical Therapy
Experience:
Experience in the physical therapy profession as normally acquired through academic experience, clinical affiliations, and/or previous work experience in the field if required. Candidate must also demonstrate competence in the care of populations served which may include neonatal, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
Licensure:
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist by the state of Georgia
