Job Overview:
The Pharmacy Activator works for the “Direct” channel of the Customer Hub function, focusing on managing sales for Opella. The Pharmacy Activator is responsible for promoting products and achieving sell-in and sell-out objectives for assigned clients, monitored through detailed KPIs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Select and visit pharmacy clients within the assigned territory according to company strategy, promoting assigned products and achieving sales objectives.
- Provide sell-out consultancy to pharmacies to ensure agreed sales objectives are met, being responsible for the revenue and sell-out of each client in the designated area.
- Collect and enter orders through the CRM tool; conduct competitive analysis and optimize product layout for better rotation.
- Implement category management actions and reinforce scientific communication at partner clients.
- Establish in-depth information and training activities on medicines, food supplements, and medical devices with pharmacists.
- Manage POP materials in stock and ensure appropriate storage.
- Document KPIs related to Perfect Store.
- Verify the presence of displays and adequacy of previously set marketing materials.
- Monitor product availability and rotation at POS.
- Collaborate with other company roles in the territory to promote product image.
- Monitor the market and propose corrective actions if necessary.
- Gather public pricing data for Opella and competitors.
- Ensure effective use of IT tools for activity transmission and data analysis.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 1-2 years of successful sales experience in large distribution or other channels.

Education: Degree in Economics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or similar.
Languages: Good level of English.
