Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner to work in Florence, SC.

Start Date:

1. or two weeks after offer.

Shift:

1. 24Hour, 24-hour in house coverage

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of current experience Neonatology Nurse Practitioner unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
2. SC license is required.
3. ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE:
1. Master's Degree and/or Doctorate in Nursing - REQUIRED
2. APRN National Specialty Certification - Board Certified NNP (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications by time of start) - REQUIRED
3. SC license or willing to obtain - REQUIRED

Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing:

1. Resume without time gaps and education notated.
2. References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
3. Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID.
4. Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background.
5. Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
6. Current Yearly Physical.
7. TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
8. BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required.
9. Skills Checklist and Competency Exams.
10. Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers.
11. Credentialing will require other documentation.
12. Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
