We are looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Manager for our headquarter in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our performance marketing campaigns and SEO strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading acquisition strategy, driving traffic, increasing conversions, and managing budget efficiently.
What you will do
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and maximize ROAS for all performance marketing activities for user acquisition and shopper acquisition campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance, suggesting and implementing optimization initiatives.
Monitor, report, and bring insights on how to improve KPI’s.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the design team for the creation of assets to be used in digital marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance user experience.
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with the tech team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

What you bring
You have a Master of Science in Engineering, Economics or Digital Marketing.
You developed at least 5 years of experience in Google Ads (mandatory requirement) in start-up, scale-up, agency or B2C companies, with a proven track record of campaigns.
You have experience in Social ads campaigns (Facebook Ads).
Experience with Analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Appsflyer, Firebase, etc.) is a plus.
You have a natural attitude for simplifying and automating processes.
You have an analytical approach and are clear in mind that ROAS is the goal.
You can use Excel with your eyes closed.
You speak English fluently.
