We are looking for a People Administration Specialist to join our HR team in Milan, who will be focused on payroll, employee administration, and the legal side of HR, working for our F&B outlets inside Gran Melià Palazzo Cordusio (Sachi, Isola, and Giardino Cordusio) and new openings soon in the city.

Main Responsibilities

  • Management of Employee Relations, contracts, and reports. Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Furnishing the Payroll Office with all information necessary for the preparation of payroll and other calculations.
  • Controlling staff time management and monitoring leave balances.
  • Analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Administration of the Company’s HR System, ensuring its smooth and accurate operation and updates.
  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management, tracking HR metrics and KPIs to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the administration HR side.
  • Preferably, with experience in HR in hospitality (ideally in restaurants and hotels).
  • Good knowledge of Italian labour law.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Zucchetti system.
  • Experience working with international companies.
  • Flexible person with availability to adapt.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
