HR Generalist Intern

Your Mission

For our Panerai HQ based in Milan, we are looking for an HR Generalist Intern passionate about the HR world, curious learner with strong communication, organizational, and relational skills. The HR Generalist Intern will report to the Senior HR Manager and will support in the day-to-day activities related to the HQ population. The intern will be involved in recruitment, onboarding, and HR Department management. During the internship, he/she will have the opportunity to learn and gain competencies on the HR management of Milan HQ; moreover, will be involved in some global HR projects.

How will you make an impact

The HR Generalist Intern will:

1. Assist with talent acquisition activities: drafting job descriptions, job postings, CV screening, interviews, meetings with hiring managers.
2. Manage the onboarding process, including HR inductions and coordination with HR Administration.
3. Oversee the management of HR tools and platforms (e.g., Success Factors).
4. Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager and the global HR Team for the organization, coordination, and delivery of a variety of HR initiatives and projects.
5. Be a point of contact for the employees regarding HR queries.

How will you experience success

1. Degree/Master’s in Human Resources.
2. Previous work experience in HR preferable.
3. Strong interpersonal & communication skills with a curious mindset.
4. Positive and proactive attitude.
5. Interested in working in a dynamic context.
6. Project management skills.
7. MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Fluent in English and Italian.

Interview process

1. 1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within 2 weeks to conduct an introductory call.
2. 2nd Stage – Interview with the Senior HR Manager.
3. 3rd Stage - An additional interview with peers may be necessary.
