OutSystem Developer - IT - WFH

We are seeking an OUTSYSTEM DEVELOPER SSR with more than three years of experience in Agile Environments & in the Banking/Financial industry who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate).

• Working experience with OutSystems platform.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, C#.
• Flexibility in adapting your approach to meet the needs of the client and/or your team(s).
• Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments.
• Knowledge and experience in support tools for agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Appetite to take ownership of several complex initiatives.
• Good appreciation of current market trends (Cloud, Data Analytics, Emerging Technologies, etc.) and how these are likely to impact key industry players.
• Dedication to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team.
• Natural curiosity and the confidence to provide alternative options or suggestions when you see something that could be improved.
• Passion to lend subject matter expertise to the design, planning, and implementation of strategic transformational initiatives for our clients.
