OSS Project Manager

We seek an OSS Project Manager who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed project plans, and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
2. Lead project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
3. Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
4. Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
5. Monitor project budgets, manage expenses, and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Use project management tools and methodologies to track project progress, analyze performance, and report on project status to stakeholders.
7. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations and best practices.
8. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.

What will help you succeed:

1. Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate).
2. Previous experience in project management, specifically in OSS or telecommunication projects.
3. Strong understanding of OSS processes, tools, and technologies including service provisioning, fault management, and network performance monitoring.
4. Proven expertise in project budget management, with the ability to plan, monitor, and control expenses to ensure the project is within the established budget.
5. Good organizational and methodological skills.
6. Natural disposition to work in a team and excellent interpersonal skills.

PMP or equivalent certification will be considered a plus.
