We are currently looking for an Oracle Project Manager to become a valuable addition to one of our US clients. The Oracle Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle technologies, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex IT projects, while fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive project plans (WBS) with timelines, resources, and budgets.
Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff, third-party vendors, and consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, applying appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance, IT, and Supply Chain departments.
Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and external regulatory requirements (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI).
Manage scope and change control processes, ensuring any changes to the project are evaluated for impact on time, cost, and resources.
Lead testing strategies and ensure all requirements are met during testing and production phases.
Take full responsibility for project budgets, ensuring costs are managed effectively, and projects are delivered profitably.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of Oracle consulting experience, including 5 full-cycle implementations of Oracle e-Business Suite (11.5x/R12) as an Oracle Project Manager.
Experience with Oracle OHMPI technology implementation and Oracle Sales Cloud.
Extensive knowledge of core Oracle ERP modules (Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources).
Experience in managing Oracle EPM products (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM) is highly desirable.
Strong technical knowledge of QA/Testing tools (e.g., HP ALM) and configuration tools (e.g., Swift Suite).
Certifications in Oracle project management (Prince2 or equivalent) are a plus.
PMP, Scrum or similar certifications.
