Imagine your job:
As a junior shift plant operator, you will join Versalis. In particular, the Mantua plant, which extends over approximately 150 hectares, is an important corporate hub for the production of styrene monomer, polymers, phenol and derivatives (phenol, acetone and hydrogenated phenol, cyclohexanone and ol). The Mantua plant also provides support services such as logistics, production, distribution and water treatment plants, fire prevention services and a research centre with pilot plants and dedicated laboratories.

Main activities:

• Provide support in monitoring the progress of lines, equipment and instrumentation of the plant by carrying out readings and frequent checks of the machines in the assigned plant area in order to guarantee regular production in safe and environmental hygiene conditions.
• Carry out checks according to schedule and minor maintenance.
• Support in the control of the system, equipment, external tools and promptly report any anomalies.
• Perform alignment maneuvers; record external system data.
• Constantly update your technical and practical knowledge in order to improve your understanding of the process and your knowledge of safety and environmental protection procedures.

Required features:

• Secondary school diploma.
• Maximum 3 years of experience in the field.
• Availability to work shifts.
