Operations Scheduler
Location: Milan Area, Hybrid

Our client is a rapidly growing scale-up revolutionizing last-mile delivery with the most advanced smart locker solution in the market. With an impressive 1000% growth rate over the last three years, they are now the fastest-growing smart locker company worldwide and one of Europe’s most dynamic scale-ups.

To support their Operations Team, they are looking for an Operations Scheduler based near Milan. This key role will be responsible for coordinating installations and maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operations across multiple regions in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance for smart locker systems across Italy, working closely with partners.

Assign and coordinate maintenance and installation tasks with both internal and external technicians, optimizing resources based on geography and workload.

Monitor maintenance and installation tickets, ensuring timely resolution in compliance with agreed SLAs.

Optimize technician allocation based on availability, location, and skill set.

Act as the main point of contact between the maintenance and installation teams and other departments, such as logistics and operations.

Contribute to process improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Fluent in Italian, with a strong preference for English proficiency.

Based near Milan, with a hybrid work model and occasional travel requirements.

2-3 years of experience in a role involving frequent interactions with customers and partners.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with G Suite (Google Workspace).

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in scheduling or planning roles.

Familiarity with smart locker systems or similar technologies.
