Main responsibilities:

• Supporting the operational management of flight training courses;
• Planning, monitoring, and updating training and flight activities;
• Managing operational contingencies and rescheduling activities;
• Direct communication with students and instructors to ensure training progress;
• Managing and updating technical documentation according to ENAC regulations;
• Interfacing with national and international students.

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good knowledge of English and Italian;
• Ability to work effectively within a team;
• Interest or previous experience in aviation is highly advantageous.
