Agriturismo Beatilla is a family-owned Art Eco Design Farm Resort unique in Italy for its concept, located in the beautiful countryside, yet very close to the city center. The company offers different accommodations, such as apartments and rooms, all decorated following various concepts: eco design, “handmade”, up-recycle, art, and color therapy. Link about the estate
The internship includes hands-on experience working at all operational levels and hotel tasks in departments such as guest relations, reception, front office, quality service, food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, small farm operations, and sales & marketing activities.
*Some activities such as front office and sales & marketing will be agreed upon according to the candidate's Italian language level and individual capabilities and experience, as we use PMS, IBE, and Channel Managers to manage all reservations and OTAs. Beatilla is a small family company but has a high level of web marketing, making it a challenging environment for the trainee.

Applicants are encouraged to apply for European financial support programs such as “Erasmus+” or any university support and other means for private funding for this work practice.
You should be studying business, marketing, agriculture, hotel, hospitality, tourism, or leisure studies. You should be young, enthusiastic, and willing to spend quality time during practical training, combining work placement with pleasure next to wonderful Italian landscapes, culture, and atmosphere. Willingness to travel for art fairs and shows is a plus.
After this experience, the successful applicant will learn about managing a small/medium company in the hospitality/tourism industry by handling all tasks and developing unique and strategic concepts to differentiate from competitors in an international environment. This experience will provide the basis for opening your own business in the hotel/hospitality industry one day and becoming an entrepreneur.
The trainee will improve in terms of timeliness, organization, communication with clients and colleagues, speed and efficiency in serving customers, and the ability to perform multiple tasks. Additionally, interns will learn a new language and new terms to include in their vocabulary.
The quantity and type of activities performed by each intern will depend on their interests, knowledge, performance, experience, and attitude. We strive to involve our interns in as many activities as possible and provide increased responsibilities according to their performance and achievements.
