We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to take a central role in this unique endeavor.
Role and Responsibilities

As the Olympic Games Project Manager for Samsung, you'll be part of an extraordinary journey.
- Global Exposure: Work directly with key stakeholders in the Olympics community, including the IOC, IPC, and MICO 2026. Gain international experience in a dynamic and high-profile environment.
- Unique Experiences: Be at the heart of one of the world’s largest events, with exclusive access to Olympic venues, events, and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Technological Impact: Help showcase Samsung’s latest technology solutions, directly contributing to the innovation and digital infrastructure of the Games.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as Samsung’s main point of contact with MICO 2026, the IOC/IPC, and other key stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: Manage logistics for event preparations, operations, and post-event wrap-up, covering accommodations, ticketing, rate cards, and venue activities.
- Regional Alignment: Drive operational and logistical integration with Samsung’s regional offices to ensure smooth project execution.
- Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing campaigns, amplifying Samsung’s brand presence throughout the Games.
- Olympic Athlete Phones: Facilitate logistics and partnerships related to athlete phones.
- Progress Reporting & Risk Management: Monitor project milestones, provide updates, and manage potential risks.
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
- Educational Background: University Degree
- Experience: Prior experience in the Olympic/Paralympic Games or similar large-scale events preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, capable of delivering clear presentations, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a strategic view while being detail-oriented.
- Languages: Proficiency in Italian, English, and Korean preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Competency in PowerPoint and Excel.
