Mission & Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the NPD Project Management Support is to assist in the definition of plans and timelines for new product launches, facilitate interdepartmental communication and resources coordination, assure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate timeline updates to relevant stakeholders.

As part of the Supply Chain and Operations Team, the key responsibilities are:

  1. Support in the definition of detailed development timelines by collecting information from suppliers and internal stakeholders
  2. Oversee product development timelines, keeping stakeholders accountable by highlighting incoming and expired deadlines
  3. Collaborate on new projects with the Product Development team and other key stakeholders to determine actions necessary to assure on-time delivery and seamless development flow
  4. Update project timelines on task management tools (e.g., Asana)
  5. Support the Packaging Development Team to define product cost in line with product development target and expectation
  6. Update and monitor internal new product tracking files

Requirements

  1. Degree in Economics, Business Management or Engineering
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  3. Knowledge in project management software (i.e. Asana, Trello) and MRP systems (SAP) will be considered a plus
  4. Previous experience in project management roles will be considered a plus
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate with others
  6. Data-driven mindset, result-oriented
  7. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
