Calling all lovely night owls! Are you an avid host who will brighten the nights of our guests? Apply to MEININGER Roma Termini for a Night Audit (f/m/d).

YOUR TASKS

• You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay.
• You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out.
• You are the first point of contact for our guests and all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians.
• You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions, and activities.
• You take care of operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering to e-mails and online requests, up-selling, responding to online reviews, and much more.
• You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one.
• You’re flexible and understand that we are rotation shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night shifts).
• Last but not least; you’re a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then.

YOUR PROFILE

• You possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitality.
• You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks.
• You are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
• You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together.
• You have good knowledge of a front office system (ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT).
• You are fluent in English (B2) and Italian.
