Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating, planning and executing all commercial activities for the Hotel Gabrielli.
2. Developing and implementing a Sales and Marketing strategic plan to increase sales and incremental business.
3. Managing the Hotel Budget regarding Sales and Marketing activities/initiatives.
4. Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
5. Handling and developing relationships with key clients.
6. Managing relationships with local institutions/organizations to which the Hotel is linked.
7. Supporting the sales team of the Hotel.
8. Working closely and coordinating with the Headquarter Sales & Marketing Team regarding all the activities/initiatives.
9. Analysing competitor strategies.

Qualifications:

1. A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
2. Previous and proven experience in the role.
3. An exceptional ability to inspire people with our concept.
4. Strong knowledge of the assigned area.
5. Proactive mind-set and positive thinking.
6. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
7. Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
8. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
