Provide back line technical assistant and support to System Integration, Distributor and T2 channel partner.
Establish the services process system (Services Support, RMA process, etc.) with the covering countries and be responsible for the quality of services delivered in those countries.
Develop channel partner/system integration/distributor support skill by managing and conducting Post Sales technical training (Certified Training)/workshop regularly.
Close collaboration with 2nd Level (TAC) support team to address partner(s) and end customer support requests.
Collaborate with R&D team to conduct new product feature and POC tests, helping to release to the global market.
Requirements:
3 years technical experience in sales support, maintenance of enterprise network products from mainstream vendors: Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei Enterprise, Juniper Networks, and experience working in system integration or value-add distributor.
Strong responsibility and ability to integrate resources.
Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Technical skills in Switching, Routing, Wireless LAN, and Network Orchestration/Integration are mandatory; additional experience in campus networks is an advantage.
Certified professional with any of the following: CCNP/CCIE [Cisco Systems], ASE/Master ASE [HP Enterprise], Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), HCNP/HCIE [Huawei Enterprise], JNCIP/JNCIE [Juniper Networks].
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
