National Sales Manager

You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business to multiple properties while also developing relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives.
2. Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities.
3. Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually.
4. Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships.
5. Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking.

Qualifications:

1. This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role.
2. Must possess a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired.
3. 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality.
4. Outstanding organizational skills and time management.
5. Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities.
6. You must have a driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
7. 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience.
8. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
9. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
10. Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

$91,000 - $127,000 yearly
