Position Summary
As a MX Training and Experience Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging educational experiences that drive our Partner sales force and customer loyalty. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage training sessions, workshops, and launch special events for each Channel.
Role and Responsibilities
Main goal: plan, develop, and execute
- All training activities delivered nationally to Field Force and Partner sales representatives with reference to all Samsung Mobile Experience products.
- Interactive hands-on workshops to educate consumers about the benefits of our products.
- Special loyalty programs for Partners sales team to build strong and lasting relationships.
- Engaging events to support the product’s launch at the store level.
- Immersive brand experiences outside of traditional retail settings that drive brand consideration and purchase intent.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Masters / Bachelor
Professional Background: 1-2 years of experience in Training, Event Planning, Marketing.
Computer Knowledge: Excellent proficiency with Office, strong PowerPoint presentation knowledge.
Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English.
Relevant Requirements:

- Project management skills to handle budget, multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in planning and executing successful events.
