Laudato Si’ Movement (LSM) is an international network of 900 Catholic organizations and thousands of grassroots leaders working together to care for our common home and advance climate and ecological justice. About the position
This person will provide administrative support to LSM’s movement development team which animates and coordinates LSM’s programs and initiatives across the globe. The assistant will report directly to the Associate Director and collaborate with members of the movement development team and wider secretariat as needed to help with the day-to-day management, coordination, and administration of the team.
Fluent English is required and professional Spanish is strongly desirable.
Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
20 hours per week, part-time position.
Preferably based in Quito, Ecuador. Other Latin American locations might also be considered.
Work Environment: Remote. It will be based at home. Laudato Si’ Movement is a faith-based organization. Being Catholic is not at all a requirement to work here, but regular shared spiritual practices are part of our team culture.
