Milano - Store Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager (m/f/d) to support our team in Milan. Fixed-term contractfrom 30.04.2025 to 02.03.2026

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day business, including sales and budget responsibility
• You are responsible for leading the team, you are your own best salesperson and lead by example
• You plan the shifts and lead the team on site
• You are responsible for the merchandising management of the store

Your profile

• You are interested in interior design and decoration
• You already have work experience in the Retail industry (at least 3 years)
• You have a strong sense of service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills combined with an open personality
• You already have experience in ceramics and home accessories (a plus), but of course you will receive an introduction to the Motel brand and products at Miio
• You are fluent in Italian and English
