MES Process Expert (Junior) – SAP & Digital Integration (12 month fixed term contract)

Support the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) team in managing and maintaining integrations between SAP ERP and other digital manufacturing solutions. This role contributes actively to enhancing manufacturing processes, data accuracy, and overall digital system efficiency.
Please note that this role is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
In this role you will
- Support day-to-day MES operations and troubleshooting of integration issues between MES and SAP.
- Participate in the setup, testing, and documentation of integration processes connecting SAP with digital manufacturing solutions.
- Assist senior experts in mapping business processes and translating them into system requirements.
- Support validation and qualification processes related to MES-SAP integration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing data exchange between SAP and manufacturing execution systems.
- Document technical specifications and procedures clearly and precisely.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge or coursework related to SAP ERP (e.g., MM, PP, QM modules).
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or manufacturing digital solutions.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Experience with SAP integration interfaces (e.g., IDOCs, RFCs, APIs).
- Internship or professional experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry setting.
- Understanding of GMP guidelines and regulated manufacturing environments.
