Medical Affairs Manager

Meet is partnered with a longstanding, commercially successful pharmaceutical company based in Italy that is seeking a talented Senior Medical Affairs Manager to join the team. They will focus on providing scientific expertise in working with advisory boards, KOLs, CROs, and other stakeholders as they support the overall global commercialization strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in joining a high-performing team with the aim of bringing specialty care, regenerative medicine, ophthalmic, and other related therapeutics to patients. This role is hybrid with 4 days onsite at one of their locations across Italy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop educational content for diagnostics product lines, disease states, and industry trends.
• Analyze and translate clinical data for diverse audiences, including patient data from studies, registries, and literature.
• Lead logistics and organization of medical affairs activities, including meetings with internal/external stakeholders, CROs, and KOLs.
• Provide medical expertise to inform global commercialization strategies and ensure content accuracy and compliance in medical and commercial materials.
• Identify KOLs and experts to provide clinical insights and serve as a key point of contact for MedEd/ClinComm activities and promotional material approvals.

Requirements:

• An MD is required with a minimum of 4 years of industry experience in Medical Affairs management.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing educational content and materials related to product lines and diseases, and reviewing and interpreting patient data from various sources
• Must be experienced in communicatio with internal and external stake holders, CROs, and KOLs
• Must be fluent in English and Italian
