Mechanic and Maintenance Tradesperson

Eurocem Ltd. is a leading company within the construction industry in Malta. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our group in the position of: Mechanic and Maintenance Tradesperson

Essential Functions:

1. Diagnose problems and perform mechanical repair and maintenance to stationary production machinery;
2. Inspect and report condition of machinery for items needing repair or service;
3. Use and update the maintenance program related to the machinery;
4. Coordinate ordering/purchasing of parts from approved vendors;
5. Operate fixed and mobile equipment as necessary; uses mobile equipment to carry and lift parts into place;
6. Assist in the plant operations on an as-needed basis;
7. Ensure that the premises are kept clean and well kept;
8. Comply with all environmental, health, safety & training policies, procedures and requirements;

Candidates with experience in a similar field will be given preference.
