The Marketing Manager will lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, support the launch and establishment of new brands, and boost sales across the automotive industry. This role requires a strong foundation in brand management, data analysis, CRM optimization, AI integration, and multi-year market assessments to position the company as a leader in targeted regions, including India, South America, Korea, and Japan. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning sales and marketing objectives to create cohesive brand experiences and measurable business outcomes, while representing the marketing department in SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) meetings to ensure alignment between marketing forecasts and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development & Launch Management
    • Drive the successful launch of a new brand, building awareness through targeted campaigns and establishing the brand's presence in key markets.
    • Develop and execute brand management strategies that reinforce consistent messaging, positioning, and identity across all channels.
    • Create marketing materials and assets that communicate brand values and resonate with target audiences, including collateral, digital content, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Strategic Marketing & Sales Planning
    • Develop marketing strategies that align with both short- and long-term business objectives and industry trends.
    • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with leadership to define multi-year sales and marketing plans, setting clear KPIs and growth targets for priority regions and OEM markets.
  • Data Analysis, KPI Definition & CRM Management
    • Establish and track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and sales performance, including metrics on lead generation, new opportunities, quotations, and business won or lost.
    • Oversee CRM strategy, evaluating and implementing new CRM or IT tools as needed, and ensuring optimal integration with existing systems.
    • Integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance insights and automation across the Sales, Marketing, and Program Management departments, driving efficiencies and improving decision-making processes.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO
    • Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to drive brand visibility, engagement, and web traffic.
    • Leverage tools like Google Analytics to analyze digital performance and inform strategy adjustments, ensuring continuous improvement in digital reach and engagement.
  • Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) Representative
    • Act as the Marketing representative in SIOP meetings, contributing insights from marketing forecasts and sales budgets to aid operational planning.
    • Regularly update and communicate sales forecasts to align marketing strategies with production capabilities, optimizing inventory planning and overall business agility.
  • Budget Management
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, focusing on cost-effective resource allocation to maximize campaign impact.
    • Track, report, and forecast marketing expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Customer Insights & Analytics
    • Analyze customer and market data to uncover insights into customer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.
    • Use insights to refine campaign targeting, create personalized marketing initiatives, and improve customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • About 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the automotive or related industries, with a strong focus on brand management and strategic marketing.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, ideally including CRM evaluation and implementation.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in launching and managing automotive brands in international markets.
  • Familiarity with automotive trends and technologies, particularly in emerging markets.
  • Knowledge of AI integration in sales and marketing workflows.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
