We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Brand Strategy Director who is passionate about lifestyle, fashion, and luxury. This individual will be responsible for creating storytelling and marketing strategies.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of all marketing plans in collaboration with the owner.
  • Create and develop unique storytelling to translate into strategic execution and achieve company goals.
  • Ensure that the storytelling created is executed and aligned to the brand strategy and company vision.
  • Coordinate with operation departments to always be updated in regard to anything worth sharing with the audience, and planned activities and events to create content accordingly.
  • In collaboration with the owners, create a strong brand message and identity across all channels (events, newsletter, web pages and social media).
  • Ensure the implementation of effective marketing strategies.
  • Responsible for building and delivering marketing campaigns, ensuring key messages are consistently delivered.
  • Analyse performances of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage annual budget for the department.
  • Set and monitor team’s objectives, priorities and goals.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment and training activities of the marketing department in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Conduct strategic marketing analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programmes to drive interest and sales.
  • Manage PR activities, brief press and PR team about new products and ensure positive feedback.
  • Oversee social media planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with managers across all departments to create innovative marketing and branding strategies.
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results.
  • Manage relationships and collaborations with agencies and external partners.
  • Attend meetings, marketing events and conferences.
  • Identify new business opportunities and new product introduction.
  • Develop promotions with advertising team.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors.

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years’ work experience in the marketing field with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Previous experience in hospitality and lifestyle sector is mandatory.
  • Fluent level of both spoken and written English is required; good level of both spoken and written Italian is preferable. Any additional language spoken is a plus.
  • Experience and proof of running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional managerial and leadership skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Superior interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Web Analytics, CMS software, social media and Google Adwords.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business and brand management.
