Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Are you passionate about marketing, social media channels, and driving impactful projects? Join our dynamic team as a Marketing and Social Media Specialist, where you'll play a key role in managing various projects of our marketing initiatives.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management: Build and execute social media strategy through continuous interaction with the partner agencies and the marketing teams. Be constantly updated on the latest social media trends and outcomes.
2. LinkedIn & HR Projects: Running recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn in coordination with Air Dolomiti departments.
3. Web Listening & Analytics: Utilizing social media analytics and monitoring tools to assess engagement and identify areas for improvement.
4. Community Coordination: Collaborating with specific community groups (Cabin Crew, Pilots, Spotters) to foster strong relationships.
5. Content Creation: Supporting photo and video shooting.
6. Collaboration with Partners: Working with external and Group team partners to execute social projects and contribute to community impact.
7. Event Coordination: Leading and supporting team events organized by the ENergy team, fostering team spirit and company culture.

Key Requirements & Competencies

• Strong project management skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for marketing and communication tools, with a focus on social media.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with monitoring and social media analytics tools.
• A strong understanding of community building and engagement.
• A highly motivated individual, structured and organized, excellent at working and delivering against deadlines.
• Team Player.
