Marketing Activation Manager - Temporary

Introduction:

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Activation Manager on a temporary 12-month contract, where you'll play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives across various brands and channels.

The primary location for this role will be Legnano, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

About the Role:

Your role will involve creating and executing media plans, following up on key performance indicators, and ensuring the accuracy of advertising and promotion allocations. You will be the go-to expert for business-to-business marketing and media across health and medical channels, providing valuable insights to local BMs and partnering with sales to synchronize marketing activities at customer points of sales.

What You Will Do:

1. Execute marketing plans according to briefs from BMs across various brands and channels.
2. Ensure the sufficiency and accuracy of A&P allocations, engaging in constructive dialogue with Brand Managers as needed.
3. Serve as the BTB marketing and media expert across health and medical channels.
4. Provide channels and customer insights to local BMs.
5. Partner with sales to synchronize sales and marketing activities and execute at customer POS.
6. Lead customer education initiatives in line with global guidance, leveraging globally produced materials.
7. Oversee marketing operations and sales support, including sampling, POS production, and website translation.

Who You Are:

1. A professional with previous experience in a similar role, possibly in the Health and Medical Sector.
2. Experienced in BTB marketing and media, particularly in health and medical channels.
3. Able to provide valuable insights to local Brand Managers and partner effectively with sales teams.
4. Proficient in driving digital marketing initiatives and leveraging DME and CRM for scalable activities.
5. Capable of leading customer education initiatives and managing marketing operations.
