Key Role:
Support planning at theater, operational, and tactical levels with a focus on maritime support to Combatant Command contingency and operational plans. Develop schedules, plans of actions and milestones, and products for planning, coordination, collaboration, and presentation. Provide analysis for maritime support plans in USAFRICOM and USEUCOM areas of responsibility. Analyze personnel and command and control (C2) requirements and capabilities to enable naval operations across the spectrum of conflict. Perform cross-echelon analysis of C2 and organizational constructs for stakeholders with a focus on operational interface between Commands when designated, and the related assigned and attached forces. Lead team efforts to organize, schedule, collaborate, task, and monitor key actions and milestones necessary to execute events of operational planning teams and cross-functional teams, and the Maritime Operations Center process in support of planning efforts. Facilitate participation in exercises, experiments, and other events as necessary to ensure the exploration, testing, revision, or iteration of naval integration actions. Recommend courses of action for C2 establishment of supported-supporting relationships, authorities, or rules of engagement, in conjunction with the staff judge advocate. Monitor functional actions including apportionment of assets, mission priorities, and tasking to subordinate forces. Provide expertise and support on doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures, concept of operations or concept of employment, and event after action reports. Describe capability requirements through an operational lens to assist decision-makers with resourcing and allocation decisions. Identify and document relevant doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy issues, and make recommendations for improvements to support warfighters.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
