Job Description

The MD, reporting directly to the Group's President, will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Provides vision and guidance to ensure alignment with company goals and values, based on profitability, high ROCE, and streamlined investments.
• Formulates and implements business strategies to drive growth, focusing on a global supply chain and externalising non-core fabrications.
• Manages P&L, budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
• Leads and mentors the management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has a Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, with natural leadership, a proven track record in achieving results in entrepreneurial environments independently, goal orientation, strong drive, and decision-making skills.

Excellent interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills will allow them to challenge and review the Plant performance, driving the growth needed by working with the talented management team.

Fluency in English is a must.
