Managing Director Italy | Luxury Fashion | Interesting Package

Our Client is a luxury fashion company, and we are looking for their Italy's Managing Director, with a solid Wholesale background. We are looking for a manager used to dealing with high-end brands in a truly competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create the commercial sales strategy to achieve both short term and long term commercial targets
  2. Identify and develop wholesale business opportunities
  3. Collaborate with key accounts to achieve growth
  4. Provide commercial insights on the collection and support for merchandising
  5. Follow and manage calendar deadlines for the wholesale department
  6. Responsible for designated wholesale accounts to ensure the development of relationships, timely deliveries, successful performance, and proper representation of the collection and the brand
  7. Leading and planning sales campaigns for the collections including retailer capsule collections
  8. Daily communication with existing accounts and worldwide sales agencies
  9. Drop-planning through communication with in-house production department and warehouse to ensure timely deliveries
  10. Order confirmation, Invoicing, and accounts receivable management
  11. Research and monitor all markets to discover new retailers and potential partners and evaluate current accounts in our sales pipeline
  12. Analyze sell-through reports and transform insights into actions
  13. Collection training for sales staff

What we are looking for:
  1. Solid experience with luxury fashion wholesale
  2. Fashion wholesale customer network and knowledge
  3. Direct experience with the fashion industry, including wholesale companies, retail companies
  4. Strategic business planning, sales negotiation, brand positioning, customer relations, KPI control, and logistics.

  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
