Managing Director
The Managing Director will be the apex figure in the organizational structure, reporting to the Dean (also Delegate Adviser), with the aim of achieving the goals of the strategic plan, focusing on the development of the School.
The selected candidate must demonstrate executive leadership skills, combining business acumen with teamwork ability. They will collaborate with Associate Deans, Programme Directors, and two Co-Managing Directors responsible for campus development and coordination of operational activities.
The Managing Director will be responsible for the economic and financial sustainability of the Foundation, the quality of training activities, organizational management, and staff valorization within the School.

The selected candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract (3 years, renewable for another 2 years at the Fondation's discretion) and will be classified as a manager, applying the Commercial Sector Services Collective Labour Agreement.
The position also includes a variable remuneration component and the salary will be commensurate with the actual competencies acquired; additionally, the salary, job classification, and position content may evolve or change according to the Fondation's policies.
The Fondation reserves the right to introduce a long-term incentive linked to the achievement of the plan's results.
The probationary period will be 6 months.
The Dean will appoint a Selection Group responsible for examining and evaluating applications, indicating the coordinator. The members of the Selection Group may operate jointly or separately, while maintaining the collegiate nature of the final decision regarding the selection of the winning candidate.
In consideration of the role's importance, the Fondation has entrusted Egon Zehnder International with a search and selection mandate for all received applications. After the process is completed, this Company will present the Selection Group with a list of candidates based on which the Selection Group will conduct further investigations. The selection will take place through the evaluation of the candidates' professional experiences based on the CVs submitted and one or more interviews aimed at assessing their attitudinal and motivational aspects.
At the end of the selection process, the coordinator of the group (at the exclusive discretion of the group itself) will inform the Dean of a shortlist composed of the candidates deemed suitable, upon which the Dean will identify the winning candidate.
In the event that the Fondation does not reach a decision based on the presented candidates, BBS will have the option to request Egon Zehnder to continue the search.
In the event that it was not possible to identify a suitable candidate for the required profile, no applications were received, or if the winner declined the offer, BBS may consider repeating the selection or starting a selection for different professional profiles or using alternative forms of recruiting personnel.
