Maintenance Worker - Landscaping

Hourly Rate: $16.80

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Overtime available)

Requirements:

1. Must complete Background and Drug screening
2. Must have a valid State of Florida Driver's License
3. Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Responsibilities:

Performs manual work involving large mowers, Kubota UTVs, weed eaters, blowers, and irrigation work within Pelican Bay Community. Assists skilled-trade employees or other workers as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Required to be able to stand, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions.
