Machine Operator

We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team! You will operate grinding machines and oversee part completion, part quality, cleaning, and light maintenance.

Responsibilities:

1. Run grinding machines and oversee part completion
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
3. Load and unload equipment
4. Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
5. Conduct routine preventive maintenance
6. Log and record precise readings
7. Inspect parts

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
2. Familiarity with Dial Indicator, Manual Lathe, Vernier Caliper and related equipment a plus
3. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
4. Ability to handle physical workload, standing during shift.
5. Ability to learn and accept correction when needed. Maintain positive attitude at all times.
6. Have own transportation to arrive at work on time. 6am-4:30pm M-Th (Friday Off)
