About the Role

SpazioDati is seeking talented Machine Learning Engineers at both junior and senior levels. Whether you're just starting your career or you bring years of experience, we have opportunities that allow you to grow, innovate, and make an impact. Junior candidates will work closely with our skilled team, learning and contributing to exciting projects, while senior candidates will take on greater responsibilities, leading initiatives and mentoring junior colleagues.

We offer the possibility of working in hybrid mode, with extensive use of remote working.

Requirements

Requirements for Junior Candidates

You have a M.S. in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
You are a proficient coder and feel comfortable working in Python.
You have a background in machine learning, whether through formal education, online courses, or hands-on projects, and are comfortable working with databases and data in general.
You have an analytical mindset and enjoy problem-solving.
You are self-organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
You have a working knowledge of the Italian language or are willing to learn it.

Requirements for Experienced Candidates

You have several years of experience in machine learning, particularly with data-intensive, mission-critical workflows.
You are highly proficient in Python, with experience writing clean, production-level code.
You have hands-on experience with new AI technologies and toolchains, such as TensorFlow, Pytorch, Langchain, vector databases, etc.
You are comfortable leading initiatives and mentoring less experienced team members.
