Context and Purpose of the Job

The Logistics Intern will join the Logistics team and, with the supervision of the tutor, will be involved in the activities related to foreign shipping management.

Responsibilities

• Support in the creation of the documents necessary for the shipments in Europe
• Support to book requests for European clients
• Monitor and archive of the received courier/shipment receipts
• Request and collection of certificates (e.g. Cites)
• Support in the creation of reports

Requirements

• Excellent use of Excel
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving ability, flexibility, and goal orientation
