We are looking for Logistic Project Manager in our HQ, reporting to Project Delivery Lead, who manages the implementation of several types of projects (internal, external) following the DHL Group guidelines (methodologies, processes, etc), coordinating the team members and reporting on a regular basis the Project Status Report.

In this Logistic Project Manager role you will:

1. Manage medium to large projects in line with the project management methodology to achieve successful project delivery;
2. Manage the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and project delivery;
3. Support the business from the initial conception of a project opportunity and lead the implementation of the solution;
4. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports to maintain customer satisfaction;
5. Manage budget and reporting progress of the project on an ongoing basis;
6. Obtain feedback from key stakeholders and provide accurate reporting;
7. Establish reporting structures inside the project team, ensure team engagement and review the performance of project team members;
8. Provide timely communications to other departments and leadership personnel, ensuring that bottlenecks are identified and resolved;
9. Lead the following during the later Implementation and Transition phases: User Acceptance Test process, Conference Room Pilot and DILO, Cut Over, Ramp up & Transition Plan, Operational Hypercare Plan.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in Logistic Industry;
3. Knowledge & experience of transport, warehousing, cross-docking & network planning;
4. Professional project management certification;
5. Experience on WMS;
6. Processes oriented with ability to evaluate strength and weakness within a process driven environment and identify and implement improved solutions;
7. Fluency in English;
8. Proactive personality, able to work in a team.
