PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing the flow of materials, including shipments between partners, suppliers, and IDV. This role ensures coordination between the Industrialization, Purchasing, and Operational Logistics departments to meet timelines and specifications. Key tasks include monitoring supply flows, managing stock levels, and overseeing transportation and storage activities, with the goal of optimizing logistics processes and ensuring an efficient, timely project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Component list management: Constant monitoring of a component list or parts to be delivered, adapting to any changes or new requirements arising over time.
• Definition of lots and logistical parameters: Collaboration with Purchasing to determine lot sizes, delivery conditions and other logistical specifications.
• Verifying orders in SAP: Ensuring that each order is correctly entered into SAP, approved and available in the system (CSCN) to avoid delays and ensure traceability.
• Status reporting.
• Entering logistic parameters regarding the first delivery: Configuring logistic parameters in SAP/CLICK to manage and isolate the first delivery, ensuring traceability.
• Monitoring of stocking activities: Monitoring of part stocking methods at IDV partner locations and contact to IDV partner managers to improve conditions, as well as coordination of packaging creation activities with IDV logistics engineering or suppliers.
