Licensed Real Estate Assistant

Bonnycastle Realty is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position offers a salary, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work in the real estate industry.

As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work with high-performing agents and gain valuable hands-on experience. You will be responsible for providing support to our real estate agents, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and enhancing the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the transactions from open to close
• Prepare and complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as smoothly as possible
• Attend showings, inspections, and client meetings for real estate agents
• Produce all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
• Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
• Help agents get their listings ready for sale by helping them stage
• Enter listing to the MLS
• Check regularly on our listings
• Coordinate with vendors
• Manage our phones and be the first voice of Bonnycastle

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Communicates well, both verbally and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate clients on evenings and weekends
• Willingness to embrace innovation and technology in the real estate sector
• A team player who values integrity, service, and exceptional results
• Must have a driver's license and a car

Compensation

$40,000 yearly
