Legal Support (Internship)

Position Summary

Support Legal function, cooperate to provide legal advice to Sales and Corporate Departments with regards to business contracts, policies and requested operations.

Role And Responsibilities

1. Cooperate to give the right support to company divisions in legal aspects such as trade and commercial matters, promotions, contracts, agreements, prize operations, and general legal issues.
2. Support to prepare and/or reviews contracts, letters of agreement and other documents to ensure their legal compliance.
3. Collaborate to maintain contact with external consultants as required.
4. Cooperate to ensure protection of Company by running extensively training with particular focus on Code of Conduct and IT Security.

Skills And Qualifications

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's, Master's in Law
2. Professional Background: n.a.
3. Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.
4. Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English.
