Are you a legal expert looking to make a significant impact in the ICT industry?

Huawei is seeking a talented Legal Specialist to join our dynamic team in Italy. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the legal and regulatory compliance of our business operations.

Job Location:
Milan, Italy

Main Responsibilities:

1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts within the ICT/Telco and Energy sector.
2. Developing and implementing legal policies and procedures.
3. Ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal policies, with a focus on competition law, trade secret protection, and anti-bribery.
4. Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the company.
5. Collaborating with international teams on cross-border legal matters.
6. 231 Compliance: Oversee and manage the implementation and maintenance of the 231 Model, including risk assessments, training programs, and internal investigations.

Requirements:

1. Law degree
2. Strong understanding of Italian and EU contract and commercial law
3. In-depth knowledge of 231 Model and related regulations
4. Experience in the ICT/Telecommunications sector is preferred but not mandatory
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
6. Fluency in English and Italian, Chinese would be a plus
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
