Duties and Responsibilities

1. Monitor daily washing, drying, ironing, collecting, and delivery service according to the hotel policy in coordination with the Laundry Supervisor.
2. Collect required stock supplies for shift.
3. Dust and clean all lampshades, ceilings, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, and all the machines walls in Laundry on a daily basis.
4. Ensure all supplies and cleaning equipment are in good working condition and stored in proper locations.
5. Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
6. Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar hotel operational setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
2. Technical skills include advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiarity with various hotel systems including POS and PMS platforms. Good knowledge of laundry operations and linen handling.
3. Fluent in Italian and basic to good English.
4. Eligible to work in Italy (only EU work permit holders).
