KYC Analyst

We are seeking a vibrant, dynamic and an out of the box performer to join our Rocktree team as a KYC Analyst to be based in Genoa, Italy.

Your contributions to our joint success:

• Prepare, conduct and maintain Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance reports, due diligence, database and documentation.
• Respond to requests on the same, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Manage group's compliance to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Review and analyze customer documentation.
• Conduct background checks and screening.
• Assess risk levels of business relationships.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients.

Skills which will aid your success:

• 2+ years legal experience, ideally in KYC/compliance roles.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Politics or related field.
• Strong attention to detail including analytical and research skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Proficiency in KYC/screening tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Native fluency in English.
• Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus.
• Exceptional adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
• Resilient under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• ACAMS Certification is an advantage.
• Experience with sanctions screening is also preferred but not a must.
