Your tasks

• Keeping contacts with customers to catch their needs
• Understanding how to solve the trouble by customer's site
• Planning and budgeting activities for the new machine installation and for the maintenance/upgrade activities
• Working together with sales and service colleagues to provide a complete service to the customer
• Travelling to be on site by the customer

Your profile

• Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering
• Knowledge of SAP, CRM, KSP, dispatching table, Sales Force
• Management skills
• Cost control skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Empathy, customer orientation, listening capabilities and a sense of responsibility
• Teamworking, networking, communication
• Availability to travel in the entire country, for approximately 150 days/year
