Position: Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant with proven sales experience in the fashion retail sector for our Kappa Outlet store in Mondovì (Mondovicino Outlet Village).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with sales;
• Maintain and manage merchandise to ensure maximum availability;
• Keep the store orderly and clean;
• Manage the fitting rooms according to company guidelines;
• Handle cash operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in retail (fashion and footwear sector);
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in working hours.

An initial fixed-term contract is expected, with prospects for stabilization and internal growth opportunities.
